Ship Direct Option
Phygitals accepts graded Pokémon cards shipped directly from online marketplaces and grading companies. If you purchase a card that you want to vault and trade on Phygitals, you can ship it directly to our vault. Our vault team will receive, authenticate, and securely store your card upon reception, making it available in your Phygitals inventory.

Ship Direct Process
Please review the following steps before shipping anything directly to the vault.
Shipping Address: When checking out on your preferred website, simply provide our vaulting address. This can be found by heading to the "Vault Cards" section on Phygtials.io
Inform Phygitals of Your Shipment: After shipping your card(s) to the vault, fill out our submission form on phygitals.io to provide us with your account email, the details of what you're sending, and the shipment ID/tracking number. This ensures our vault team can correctly associate your cards with your Phygitals account.
Authentication Process: Our team will contact you within 2 business days after you submit the form to confirm your shipment has been registered. Once our vault team receives your shipment, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a final email when your card is securely vaulted and added to your Phygitals inventory.
Important Notes
Form Submission Required: If we receive a card without a corresponding form submission, we will hold the asset at our vault without vaulting it. It’s crucial to submit your information through the form provided.
Shipping Responsibility: Phygitals does not control the shipment of cards to our vault, so any shipping issues must be addressed with the party that handled the sale. Unlike our standard process, we do not insure packages from other vendors and are not liable for damages or lost packages on the way to the vault.
Digital Twin Turnaround Time: Once your card is received at our vault, the authentication and vaulting process can vary. We will keep you informed about the expected timeline.
Ungraded Cards: If you send an ungraded Pokémon card or another asset type that we don’t currently support, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will invoice you for this through our payment processing platform.
