Redeeming Ungraded Cards in Your Collection

All ungraded Pokémon cards stored in our secure vault are redeemable at any time. Once you own an ungraded card, a redeem button will appear next to it when you view your collection on Phygitals. We require a minimum redemption order of 50 ungraded cards to maximize efficiency and users costs. After submitting a redemption request, you will need to cover shipping costs along with any applicable taxes.

Shipping Costs for Redeeming Cards

When redeeming your cards, the shipping quote you receive will include insurance and signed delivery to ensure your cards’ safe journey. While we highly recommend using insurance and requesting a signature, you may choose to waive these options by contacting our support team.

Tax Calculations

Customers in the United States are required to pay sales tax based on the monetary value of the last sale of the card. This amount is used to calculate the taxes we charge, which are then remitted to the relevant state. Phygitals does not profit from the taxes collected.

Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay customs and import taxes according to their country's specific import laws.

Shipping Timeframes

The time it takes to receive your cards depends on your shipping location. Packages within the United States and Canada typically arrive within 3-5 business days of invoice processing, while international shipments may take longer depending on distance and customs requirements. If you need expedited shipping, we can arrange priority shipping for an additional charge.

Once your redemption is processed, we will provide shipment tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Condition of Redeemed Ungraded Cards

All ungraded cards redeemed from Phygitals are in NM (Near Mint) or LP (Lightly Played) condition, ensuring they arrive in overall excellent condition.
