Phygitals provides digital representations of Pokémon cards stored on our platform. These digital versions are used to prove ownership of the physical cards and can be traded or redeemed through our system. Our platform operates much like listing images of physical collectibles for sale on an online marketplace such as Ebay, and we have worked with legal experts to ensure compliance with intellectual property (IP) law.

We understand that the use of Pokémon-related intellectual property can be sensitive, and we want to make it absolutely clear that Phygitals does not claim any ownership over Pokémon IP. Any use of the Pokémon name, images, or branding on our platform is purely descriptive and intended to identify the products being offered. Our use of these terms is in line with fair use and for the purpose of cataloging, buying, selling, and trading physical Pokémon cards. We do not and will not attempt to associate our platform or any of our products with The Pokémon Company or suggest any affiliation with the brand.

We are committed to transparency and operate under the understanding that reselling collectibles on a platform, especially when they are backed by physical products, is generally acceptable as long as it is not misleading or creates false associations with the brand owners.
