Who pays for shipping?
For users within the United States, we cover the cost of shipping to have your assets delivered to the vault. For international users, a shipping fee applies. We do not profit from this fee.
Upon redemption, shipping costs are charged to the redeemer based on their location and distance from our vault.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Phygitals offers international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
How quickly will I receive my digital twin after I send in my physical asset?
The turnaround time depends on how quickly your asset reaches the vault. Once your card is securely stored, the digital twin is generated and deposited into your account, typically within one week. Please note that processing times are determined by our vault provider and may vary slightly.
How do I recieve income earned from my collectible?
When you submit a card to Phygitals, your account will be credited as the “originator” of that asset. After the first sale, the originator will receive 1% of the revenue from each subsequent sale of the card every time it is resold. This revenue stream continues as long as the card remains vaulted.
For example: If you submit a rare Pokémon card and sell it to another collector, you will receive the full proceeds from that first sale. Every time the new owner resells the card, you’ll receive 1% of the sale price as long as the card remains in the Phygitals vault.
Note: This does not apply to cards purchased through our limited drops.
