Card Redemption and Shipping
Card Redemption Process
At Phygitals, redeeming your Pokémon cards is simple and secure. Once your cards are vaulted, they can be easily redeemed directly from your Phygitals collection. For graded cards, redemption can be done individually, while for ungraded cards, you’ll need to meet a minimum of 50 cards to process the request. After submitting your redemption request, you’ll be required to pay for shipping and any applicable taxes.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the card and the delivery location.
For U.S. customers, sales tax will be applied based on the final sale value of your card. Phygitals collects and remits the sales tax in compliance with state laws, but we do not profit from these taxes.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Please be aware of costs and fees associated with international shipping and customs regulations.
Redemption Timeline and Expedited Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location. In the U.S., shipments typically arrive within 3-5 business days of processing, while international orders may take longer due to customs procedures. If you need expedited shipping, we offer priority shipping options for an additional charge, ensuring faster delivery.
Physical vs. Digital Ownership
While your Pokémon card’s digital twin is active in your collection, the physical card remains securely stored in our vault. If you decide to redeem your physical card, the digital version will be deactivated. This ensures that each asset exists either physically with you or digitally on your Phygitals platform, but not both at the same time.
Vault Withdrawal Fees
To maintain transparency and efficiency, Phygitals applies the withdrawal fees set by our vault service provider. For cards stored in the vault for more than 90 days, a fee of $1.99 per card is charged upon withdrawal. However, if a card is withdrawn within 90 days of submission, a higher fee of $5.99 per card applies. These fees cover additional handling and processing costs, ensuring that rapid withdrawals are managed smoothly while maintaining the highest security standards.
